Cause
This issue can occur due to one or more of the following reasons:

Resolution
To resolve this issue:

  1. Ensure the Exchange Server is powered on and operational.
  2. Verify network connectivity to the Exchange server:
    • Perform a ping test to the server.
    • Check firewall rules or VPN connectivity.
